The 66-room boutique hotel opened in October 2010.

The Guest 360 solution is the hospitality industry's first full-function property management system built from the ground up to utilize Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), which provides a highly scalable solution for hotels of all sizes as well as multi-property operations.
