Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. Announces Management of Spartanburg Marriott at Renaissance Park
CINCINNATI, Winegardner & Hammons, Inc., one of the nations leading hotel management companies, today announced that it has been selected to manage the Spartanburg Marriott at Renaissance Park in Spartanburg, SC. WHI was selected by the new owners of the hotel, Greenville-based Southern Hospitality Group. "We realize how important the hotel is to the community and to future development and we are pleased to have acquired one of the finest hotels in the state," said president Andrew Cajka of SHG.
Located in downtown Spartanburg, SC at 299 North Church Street, the 247 room hotel offers the Upstate's largest hotel and conference center with meeting facilities totaling 30,000 square feet, 27 flexible event rooms, 3 board rooms and a ballroom that will accommodate up to 1,500 attendees.
WHI brings over 50 years of independent hotel management experience to Spartanburg and has been the recipient of an unprecedented 12 consecutive Marriott Partnership Circle Awards and 4 consecutive Gallup Great Workplace Awards.
