IDeaS Announces First Round of Winners of 2011 IDeaS Cornell Revenue Management Scholarship
IDeaS Revenue Solutions, the leading provider of hospitality price optimization and revenue management software, services and consulting, today announced the first round of the IDeaS Cornell Revenue Management Scholarship winners. Winners include Oliver Schwartz – revenue manager, Hyatt Regency Birmingham; David Jacob – sales manager, Surf & Sand Resort; and Ganesh Rajagopal – senior analyst – revenue management, Venetian Macau Limited. The Scholarship Panel at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration selected the recipients based on demonstrated excellence in revenue management and desire to enhance their profession.

The scholarship program, funded by IDeaS, offers hospitality professionals worldwide the opportunity to gain an online Revenue Management certification from Cornell University. Scholarship recipients get paid registration to five eCornell courses, leading to a Cornell online certificate in Hotel Revenue Management.
