After rotating through various hotel jobs as an intern, Emily Ditman, 23, wound up an account executive at Hospitality eBusiness Strategies. An Internet marketing company, it elevates the Web presence of, and directs potential clients to, hotels and hotel-based restaurants. Ms. Ditman received a B.S. in hospitality and tourism management in May 2010 from the Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at New York University. She lives in Hell’s Kitchen with her sister, Stephanie, a Jujamcyn Theaters intern.
