New York, NY – November 14, 2011 – King & Grove today announced that it was selected to manage the iconic Tides hotel in South Beach, effective in December of this year.

On behalf of CG Tides, the new owners of the hotel, Joseph Chetrit said, "We are ecstatic that the Tides will become the newest King & Grove branded and managed property.
