Fairmont builds fabulous castle hotel in Dubai
TOPHOTELPROJECTS: 550 room hotel “Kingdom of Sheba” to open end of this year – 26 new hotel projects in the pipeline
Fairmont is considered to be among the ten most famous hotel groups of the world, says the international hotel critic Heinz Horrmann. Fairmont's top brand Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) is present in Germany with the more than one hundred years old Four Seasons Grand Hotel in Hamburg as well as the recently entirely renovated Savoy Hotel London. Now the FRHI push their worldwide expansion. And another 26 luxury hotels are currently in the process of planning or under construction – the largest of them currently arises currently in Dubai: The Fairmont Kingdom of Sheba (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 5737) will have 500 hotel rooms, 50 Heritage Place Homes and 400 residences.
Marvelous gardens and a "Willow Stream Spa" transform the castle hotel into an oasis of comfort and felicity, even in the luxury-petted Dubai. The opening is scheduled for the end of this year.
Fairmont will inaugurate five new hotels with more than 1,300 rooms this year. Prestigious projects in Jaipur/India, Kiev/Ukraine, Baku/Azerbaijan, Makati/the Philippines and on the Palm Jumeirah/Dubai are currently expedited.

According to TOPHOTELCHAINS Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) currently operates 56 hotels worldwide under the brand Fairmont, seven Raffles Hotels and 29 properties using the brand Swissotel.
