Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. starts construction on two new Hampton Inns
The construction of two new Hampton Inn hotels began recently in Tennessee for Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. with anticipated grand openings to take place in Spring 2013. "Both hotels are in our backyard and are ones that we have been looking forward to breaking ground on for some time," Mitch Patel, president and CEO of Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., said.

It will be VISION's third hotel development in the Hamilton Place submarket following the Homewood Suites by Hilton, which opened in 1997, and the Hilton Garden Inn that opened in 2004. In addition, it is also the second Hampton Inn & Suites in VISION's Chattanooga portfolio along with the Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga-Downtown, which opened less than a year ago in April 2011.
In Cleveland, TN at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, a second Hampton Inn property is also in progress. The four-story $8.5 million property will have 97 guest rooms, 1,800 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, a Precor
® fitness center and a business center. This is VISION's second property in the market after its Fairfield Inn & Suites, which opened in 2007, and is expected to benefit from its proximity to a growing retail corridor and growth of the local market.
