Each week, TravelShark will ask contest participants to tweet or share a mini-story tied to that week"s Trip in a Tweet travel theme, such as "A Travel Disaster Turned to Triumph" or "Your Purest Moment of Travel Joy." The contestant with the best entry for each weekly theme will win one weekly mega-prize: a Canon EOS Rebel T3 Digital Camera, an iPad 3, or a pair of Maui Jim shades.

TravelShark also has a stash of swag like hats, keychains, and stickers to award to runners-up and Trip in a Tweetenthusiasts who follow TravelShark on Twitter or who retweet contest details to their followers.
