Within the first two years of launching B Hotels & Resorts®,the lifestyle hospitality company opened its flagship property, B Ocean Fort Lauderdale – which earned the coveted AAA Four Diamond rating its first year of operation – and announced three new properties, slated to open during 2013. The company also recently introduced b2 hotels, a new sister brand to its already established B brand. b2 miami downtown (Opening Early 2013) Featuring a combination of inspiring designs, signature dining venue, essential amenities and complimentary technology offerings, the new b2 hotel category ensures travelers no longer need to forego access or comfort in search of value. Defining the new value full-service model, b2 hotels are designed to compete with full-service hotels, while delivering maximum efficiencies and profitability to ownership groups. The first of the new brand, b2 miami downtown, will introduce 243 well-appointed rooms that marry comfort and style to the downtownMiami market. Ideally situated inMiami's business district on Biscayne Boulevard, the property overlooks Biscayne Bay, theMiami skyline, PortMiami and the city's cultural arts and entertainment district. b2 miami downtown will naturally lend itself to small meetings, pre/post cruisers and business and leisure guests with its central location, technology amenities and additional offerings.

B South Beach (Opening Q1 2013) A complete transformation will revitalize the oceanfront Continental South Beach, originally the Morris Lapidus-designed Nautilus hotel, while maintaining an imprint of classic Miami Beach. B South Beach guestrooms will feature rich, dark wood furnishings accented by silver tones and ambient lighting. Vintage black-and-white photographs reminiscent of 1950sMiami Beach will adorn each guestroom, combining a touch of history and modern design elements. Rooms will be well-equipped with the latest technology offerings, including fully-interactive LED Smart TVs allowing guests instant access to social media, video and music streaming at their convenience.

B in the Walt Disney World® Resort (Opening Fall 2013) Ideally situated within walking distance to Downtown Disney®, with easy access to all Walt Disney World® and Orlando theme parks, B in the Walt Disney World® Resort will feature more than 20,000 square feet of function space, in addition to a grand outdoor lawn perfect for receptions and weddings.

The hotel will showcase a creative culinary concept in a casual yet sophisticated setting, in addition to a café-style dining option and a resort-style pool with exciting water elements. Select child-friendly guestrooms will feature bunk beds and gaming consoles, while still maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere for discerning adult travelers.

B Ocean Fort Lauderdale (Now Open) Consistently touted as a chic, trendy option for Fort Lauderdale vacations, pre/post-cruise stays, meetings and social events B Ocean Fort Lauderdale continues enriching the guest experience with new enhancements and programs. In the first quarter of 2013, B Ocean will introduce a hip, new lobby bar encouraging guests to B Social in a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere.
