In an effort to give back to the community during the holiday season, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, a Kinseth Hospitaliy Company property, has donated a large array of furniture to Habitat for Humanity. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, (currently undergoing a major renovation) along with the Coralville Super 8, (another Kinseth Hospitality property) also donated several complete room sets.

Renovations for the 80 room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites are expected to be completed by Christmas Day 2012, after many months of continuous improvements that saw more than 1.2 million dollars invested back into the hotel. Hotel General Manager, Neal Roth adds, "It's amazing, but our award winning hotel is nicer than the day we opened brand new. Everything from our conference center space to the pool, fitness center, and all guest rooms has received a complete and total renovation." All hotels are required by their franchise to go thru mandatory renovations. However, renovations at the Holiday Inn Express are going above and beyond franchise requirements. " We want to stay an award winning hotel property long into the future so we invested heavily in our hotel, and we will continue to do so. You have to do more than just "look pretty," so we will also continue to invest heavily in employee recruitment, retention, and training," said Roth.

The property has invested over $15,000 into every room at the hotel, which means everything is new, including flat screen
televisions, beds, carpet, all the way down to telephones, coffee pots and hotel signage. The hotel features a complimentary
Express Start breakfast bar, free wireless Internet, 24-hour business center, indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness
center. The hotel also features meeting space for up to 40 people and hosts a complimentary Managers Reception on weekday
evenings, where the hotels supervisors mingle with the guests to get feedback on how the property is performing.

Roth also commented, "Even with the ongoing renovation taking place at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, our property
continues to out-perform our competitors. I attribute this achievement to our great staff, and our careful planning during the
renovation."
