Sofitel And Quadriga Extend Exclusive Partnership Across EMEA

Building on the successful deployment of the Sensiq TV platform, Sofitel has also selected Quadriga to provide new technology solutions supporting the use of guest mobile devices. This includes QDelegate, Quadriga’s mobile application for conference delegates, which is now available in the Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese and Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam properties.
Additionally, Accor is determining how to best adopt Quadriga’s recently announced Personal Media Network™ (PMN™) solution. Current plans call for initial installation in a Parisian hotel early in 2013. This will enable Sofitel to enhance guest communication, before, during and after their stay, and will provide a truly integrated environment for the guest where the TV, smartphone, tablet and laptop are all synchronised to deliver an unlimited world of service and content. Furthermore, it will enable Sofitel to pursue new potential revenue opportunities from guests by providing the ability for services to be marketed across multiple devices and enable purchase transactions via the guest’s smartphone or tablet.
