The Restoration on King Announces New Customized Mobile Hotel APP Powered by Runtriz
Charleston’s award-winning luxury hotel partners with industry-leading technology platform.
This new service offers guests their own personal mobile concierge, enabling The ROK Hotel guests to order pre arrival grocery services, request spa appointments, book hotel or restaurant reservations, tour information and even local weather conditions. Guests are able to communicate directly with The ROK Concierge Staff and receive messages by email, text message, or phone call when requesting any service.
Several of the area's local attractions, restaurants and tour companies are also viewable on maps, which display each location and its proximity to the hotel. Guests can use the mobile app to easily connect to each location, order tickets, make appointments, peruse the menus, and have food delivered to their suite from area restaurants.
Additionally, guests are able to choose often-undiscovered amenities that are offered at the ROK via the mobile app including ordering in-room iPads, Apple TV's, preferred pillow selections, snacks, wine or movie menus, bicycles, or even beach towels and chairs.
