HITEC 2013

Attendee registration and the Housing Bureau for the 2013 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) are now available online at HITEC.org. HITEC 2013, a service of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), is the world's largest hospitality technology exposition and conference. The conference is June 24-27 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minn. USA.

"HITEC has acquired a reputation of being "the" hospitality technology event of the year," says Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. "We are fortunate to be able to provide the best hospitality technology education sessions due to our support by the industry and our longevity of 41 years. "

HITEC 2013 offers attendees essential education, access to experts and hospitality technology vendors, the opportunity to network with top leaders in the industry and the resources to find cost-effective ways to improve company bottom lines. Plans for the education program include in-depth sessions that address top challenges for hospitality IT departments, such as data security and Internet access — Wi-Fi, HSIA and infrastructure. These topics and much more will be presented in multiple formats, including three Keynote presentations; Super Sessions set in a lounge-like atmosphere; concurrent sessions; guided TechTours of the show floor; and brand new quick education sessions in the expo hall.

Billed as the "City of Lakes," Minneapolis is an energetic city with lots to offer its visitors. The convention center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, within easy walking distance to world-class cuisine and Minneapolis's vibrant art scene. Minneapolis is primarily known for its creative scene and has a park system that has been called the best-designed, best-financed, and best-maintained in America. It was also ranked in the top ten "coolest town in America" (Men's Journal).
