Kinseth Hospitality Companies Announce New Management and Development Project In Bellevue, Iowa
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC) is pleased to announce they will provide development services for the Baymont Inn & Suites construction project owned by local businessman and developer A.J. Spiegel, located along Highway 52 on the North side of Bellevue, overlooking the Mississippi River. Currently under construction, the Baymont Inn & Suites, is located next to the Off-Shore Bar & Grill and the Shore Event Centre which can accommodate business and social events within its 5,000 square foot, state of the art, banquet facility. KHC is pleased to announce it will also be managing both the Off-Shore Bar & Grill and the Shore Event Centre. Kinseth will also manage the Baymont Inn & Suites after it's early summer 2013 opening.

The three-story, Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hotels will feature a number of full-sized suites, with verandas overlooking the Mississippi River. The property will also include an indoor pool, exercise area, guest laundry, a kiosk for the purchase of sundry items, complimentary wireless Internet, and a free continental breakfast each morning for guests.
