North Liberty, Iowa – Kinseth Hospitality Companies Announces Record Breaking 2nd Quarter Development Activity
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company, added four new hotel management contracts in the 2nd quarter of 2013, and broke ground on the construction of a new Home2 Suites by Hilton, in Omaha, NE.

The new hotel management assignments include the Off Shore Bar and Grill, and the soon to be open Baymont Inn and Suites in Bellevue, Iowa; the Radisson Hotel in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; the Coal Country Inn, located in Stanton, North Dakota; and the Comfort Inn and Suites located on Northwest Blvd., in Davenport, Iowa. KHC also provided pre-opening technical services to the Baymont Inn and Suites in Bellevue, Iowa and the Coal Country Inn located in Stanton, North Dakota.
With construction of the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Omaha underway, the property located at 180th Street and Dodge Street, on the west side of Omaha, is expected to open in the spring of 2014. KHC is acting as the developer for the hotel with other investors, and will operate the property.
