Team RateGain meets the Hotel Industry Veterans - New Delhi Chapter 2013
In the continuing quest to create market friendly solutions to aide hoteliers in being agile towards market conditions, RateGain organized a Cocktail Dinner for senior industry representatives on the 5th of July, 2013. The City Event was open to experts of the hotel industry from the Delhi NCR region. The objective of the event was to connect with the industry experts to understand their needs. The objective was achieved as we saw our current customers sharing their experiences with us, giving feedback and networking with other experts.
CS Ram Chandra from Preferred Hotel Group &Tarun Lakhanpal from Lemon Tree Hotel Group shared their experiences of being a RateGain customer. There was also an interactive session by the RateGain CPO, Vishal Jain, covering recent developments (Value & Price Index) from a technology stand point in Revenue Management. Overall it was a great opportunity for RateGain to interact and network with the who's who of Hotel Industry in the NCR region.
On the successful completion of the event, Vishal Jain, CPO at RateGain commented, "This is the first ever Delhi event and has been great experience. It was an awesome opportunity for us to meet our clients and share experience of using our products and how they evolving to cater the requirements of the hotel industry in the future.
