User-friendly gBooker provides guests with real-time access to a hotel's website content, photographs, rates, and room availability, making reservation booking simple for the guest and cost effective for the hotel. Genares' gBooker also provides inventory control as well as pricing, packaging, and add-ons control so guests can create a customized package.

Digital Alchemy's dynamic suite of CRM products are customized so hotels can send a variety of
