The resort will be reflagged under the Omni brand as the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, extending the Omni's Resort Collection in the Western United States. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Montelucia Resort & Spa is a top-rated luxury Scottsdale hotel that features 253 luxuriously appointed guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property's distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain's Andalusia region.
