DENVER – January 21, 2014 - Magnolia Hotels announced today that it has expanded its partnership with Stash Hotel Rewards by adding properties in Dallas, Denver and Omaha to the largest point-based rewards program in the U.S. The addition of these properties to the Stash Rewards program comes on the heels of a successful partnership with Magnolia Hotel Houston, which joined in October 2012.

"Within the first year, Magnolia Hotel Houston saw an increase in revenue through new guests and corporate business as a direct result of its partnership with Stash," said Mike Pratt, VP Sales & Marketing at Stout Street Hospitality. "After seeing how well the program performed in Houston, we decided to offer Stash Rewards at our other properties. This expansion will allow our loyal guests—and all Stash members—to earn Stash points at all of the Magnolia properties, including Dallas, Denver, Houston, Omaha, and starting in June 2014, St. Louis."

After implementing the Stash program, Magnolia Hotel Houston generated $82,000 in new revenue by welcoming 138 new guests who had never before stayed at the property. These guests came from 48 Stash partner hotels across the country.

Additionally, sales managers were empowered to award bonus Stash points to meeting and event planners and attendees. This allowed Magnolia Hotel Houston to secure a new contract with a top Fortune 500 company, creating $76,000 in revenue at a point cost of just $150, for a 507X return on investment.

"The magic of Magnolia Hotels is the combination of incredible architecture—a Gothic Italian palace in Omaha—and sophisticated libraries, billiards rooms and cocktail lounges that make you feel like you're staying in a private downtown club," said Jeff Low, Founder and CEO of Stash Hotel Rewards. "These hotels are perfectly set up for business or entertainment trips to the big city, with an experience of history you'll never find at the big chain hotel down the street."

Guests of Magnolia Hotels can join Stash for free at www.stashrewards.com. Stash members earn five points for each dollar spent on eligible room rates and can redeem them at nearly 200 unique independent hotels across the U.S. Stash points never expire, and redemption is simple, without blackout dates or category restrictions found in many chain programs. Stash partner hotels also provide members with access to exclusive travel deals.
