Infor HMS 3.6 gives hoteliers tools to track guest's social media handles for Facebook, Twitter, Trip Advisor and Booking.com, which assists hotels in managing social communication with guests. As social trends continue to move away from face-to-face interactions, having online capabilities to pay attention to the needs of a guest via multi-channels will be important in securing repeat business, increasing loyalty and strengthening positive online reviews.
