With the hospitality industry booming worldwide, the new programme is designed to meet the growing shortfall in specialist professional management.

Over the course of 16 months students will take part in workshops, company visits and an in-company project, both in France and in Shanghai, China, as well as undertake a four month internship anywhere in the world.

Delivered exclusively in English, the programme will also expose students to internationally renowned designers, celebrity chefs and other leaders of the profession.
