Wyndham Hotel

Group, the world's largest hotel company with approximately 7,500 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced plans to open the Middle East's first Wyndham Garden hotel, the Wyndham Garden Doha, following the signing of a management agreement with Mr. Nasser Al Siddiqi.

The new-construction Wyndham Garden Doha will become the second Wyndham Hotels

and Resorts® property in Qatar following the opening of the Wyndham Grand Regency Doha in 2011. The hotel is expected to open in 2017.

"Wyndham Garden Doha will be a strategic addition to our portfolio in the Middle East,"

said Rui Barros, senior vice president and managing director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Indian Ocean for Wyndham Hotel Group. "With its bustling business district and nearby airport contributing to a significant increase in travellers, Doha is the ideal market for the region's first Wyndham Garden hotel. The property will be a dependable alternative to the city's luxury offerings that delivers the comfort and amenities expected from the Wyndham brand."

The hotel will join several Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties currently under

development in the Middle East, including the Wyndham Dubai Marina and Wyndham Grand Manama, which are anticipated to open in 2015, and Wyndham Grand Riyadh, expected to open the following year.

As of March 31, 2014, Wyndham Hotel Group's diverse portfolio throughout the Middle

East consists of 36 hotels and more than 6,250 rooms ranging from upper-upscale to economy.

Wyndham Garden Doha will be situated in the business district of downtown Doha, near

tourist attractions such as Souq Waqif, Doha's famous open air market, and the exquisite Museum of Islamic Art, Doha.

The four-star, 153-room hotel will offer flexible meeting space, as well as a fitness

centre and pool facilities. Additional services and amenities include shuttle service to and from the nearby Doha International Airport, free parking and complimentary guest wi-fi.

"We are very keen to open the Wyndham Garden Doha and look forward to working

together with Wyndham Hotel Group on this venture," said Mr. Nasser Al Siddiqi, the managing director and board member of Al Siddiqi Holding, a holding company with six divisions under its umbrella ranging from real estate and retail to hospitality. "This is just one of numerous ventures in the hotel industry and we are confident of its success, especially with the FIFA World Cup 2022 so close to taking place. We are certain that this is a sound investment with a strong future ahead here in Qatar."
