CSR Week activities designed to provide information and create engaging dialogues include a panel discussion with Holmes and other Wyndham Worldwide senior leaders, compliance information sessions, health fairs and biometric screenings, culture tours and more.

Eligible employees can take advantage of a Wish Day, one paid day off per year to volunteer at a charitable organization. In 2013, Wyndham Worldwide employees donated more than 17,500 hours of volunteer hours as part of its Wish Day program while the Wishes by Wyndham Foundation contributed more than $2 million to more than 250 organizations. Wyndham Worldwide also offers Community Support & Responsiveness programs to allow employees to give back to communities in need after a natural disaster, and in 2013, the Company donated more than $50,000 to the American Red Cross through Wishes by Wyndham to assist in disaster relief.
