DALLAS – NYLO Hotels LLC, the Dallas-based lifestyle hotel chain known for its urban loft decor and uniquely designed and highly social bars and restaurants, has broken ground on its sixth hotel location in Nyack, New York.

NYLO Nyack will be the boutique brand’s second New York property, located in the heart of the Hudson River Valley about 25 minutes north of New York City. The hotel is slated to open in summer 2015.

The 132-room hotel will be housed in a four-story former factory – a space perfectly suited for showcasing the urban, industrial style that is the prototype of the NYLO brand. NYLO Nyack will be Rockland County’s first loft-style boutique hotel and will be located within walking distance of Nyack’s charming restaurants, shops and art galleries.

“We are so excited to have NYLO Hotels join the wonderful Nyack community,” said Mayor Jen White. “We welcome them with open arms and we look forward to introducing NYLO's guests to not just the beautiful new hotel but to all that Nyack has to offer from our charming shops and restaurants to historical landmarks, incredible scenery and our friendly and creative residents."

NYLO Nyack features will include a 184-seat full-service restaurant and a 58-seat bar and lounge with indoor and outdoor seating; a recreational bathing pool, fitness center, library and game room; a business center and lobby lounge; 4,000 square feet of meeting rooms, including a 2,500 square foot ballroom; and a music studio with a live broadcast radio booth. As with all NYLO properties, NYLO Nyack will spotlight original artwork from local artists.

The guestrooms at NYLO Nyack will maintain the industrial loft-style design that distinguishes the NYLO brand. Many of the guestrooms will offer sweeping views of the Hudson River, and all of the rooms will feature NYLO’s award-winning NYLO NYTE™ mattress, luxury linens and towels and custom-designed furniture.
