Mexico's "Beyond All Inclusive, Beyond All Compare" Grand Velas Resorts in the Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit have been honored for the third consecutive year by Travel + Leisure readers in its 19th annual World's Best Awards Survey. Both resorts were named among the top hotels and resorts in Latin America.
