"That's why we chose to intensify our partnership with Infor. We share Infor's exciting vision of the future of hospitality and trust Infor to be a strategic partner as a leading player in the global hospitality market."
Infor EzRMS is part of Infor CloudSuite Hospitality™, a set of industry-specific, cloud-based solutions. This new framework will help revenue directors by integrating relevant information such as reputation data, in-context web-analytics and weather reports. Infor EzRMS data is also used to enhance other Infor applications. This includes sending forecasting data to Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) for better human resource planning or to Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (d/EPM) to help hotels drive performance and profitability by looking at forecasting, revenues and costs.
"The Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin is without a doubt one of the most renowned hotels in the world and a true landmark of excellence in Germany's hospitality market. The fact that the Adlon decided to migrate to Infor EzRMS under the new agreement between Kempinski Hotels underpins our strategy of delivering superior industry-specific functionality and first-class service and support around the globe with a local touch," said Wolfgang Emperger, regional vice president, EMEA for Infor Hospitality. "Our superior granular based forecasts, proven ability to increase revenue performance as well as the offer of local revenue management knowledge and support were all key factors in Adlon's decision to choose Infor EzRMS."
