Conrad Hotels & Resorts introduced today the addition of a new and intuitive Conrad Meetings function to the award-winning Conrad Concierge mobile app. With this addition, meeting and event planners are now able to research hotel capabilities across all 23 Conrad properties worldwide from their smartphone or tablet.

Conrad Meetings functionality within the brand's mobile app now provides a direct line to the in-house event manager from the initial inquiry through the hotel's delivery, such as adjusting the temperature of the room, refreshing catering, or requesting meeting room technology support. Meeting planners now have a streamlined communication tool to reach event attendees sharing everything from itinerary items to updates in real-time.

From requesting a refresh of catering to adjusting the room's temperature, event planners can make meeting asks from within the Conrad Concierge mobile app which are immediately dispatched to the hotel staff for fulfilment. The new functionality also enables planners to load event agendas and instantaneously communicate scheduling changes to meeting attendees through the mobile app.
