Hilton Worldwide announced the opening of Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park, a 299-room newly-built Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the prestigious master planned community of Granite Park in Plano, Texas located just north of Dallas.

The opening of Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park signals the latest addition to the 90-acre mixed-used development. Located at the Sam Rayburn Tollway and the Dallas North Tollway, it is just 25 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and 20 minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport.

Additionally, the hotel is located in close proximity to several notable companies including Hewlett Packard, Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group, PepsiCo, Siemens and J.C. Penney Co. Visiting sports fans will enjoy nearby TPC golf at Craig Ranch, Toyota Stadium and Dr. Pepper Ballpark.

Designed by BOKA Powell, a nationally recognized architectural design, planning and interior design firm, the hotel is an integral part of privately-held Granite Properties commercial real estate holdings in Dallas.

Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park hotel features amenities designed to appeal to the modern business and leisure guest offering a corporate living room environment and coffee bar style lounge area with a combination of community tables and den seating to encourage public gathering and collaboration. The lobby includes a spacious media bar with 12 large flat screen televisions and a unique multi-purpose technology lounge. The hotel's interior design melds the region's agrarian history with modern amenities, furnishings and lighting. Guest rooms incorporate a modern palate of upscale finishes with stone countertops, custom sinks, lighted mirrors and a mosaic back-lit tile. Each room features an ergonomic desk and 47-inch flat screen TV, mini- refrigerator and Hilton serenity bed.

At the heart of the hotel is Carso Mediterranean Grill offering a wide variety of cuisine featuring fresh ingredients from the region inspired by locally renowned Executive Chef Anthony Bombaci. Other hotel amenities include a Precor fitness center and an outdoor pool with fire pit with plush resort seating. A pedestrian waterfront boardwalk connects the hotel to the 30,000 square foot conference center which boasts flexible meeting space, an expansive pre-function area and two ballrooms, a complimentary 24-hour business center and state-of-the-art A/V technology.
