Pincepoche joined the company in 2007 as a Performance Consultant and has served as TSA's Director of Business Development for Southwestern Europe since 2010. In her new role, she will lead the regional business development team and closely work with key hotel partners to further improve hotel performance, primarily through front desk upselling.

Prior to joining TSA Solutions, Mara served as Director of Global Sales for InterContinental Hotels Group in the Middle East region. She holds a Master's Degree in tourism and hotel management from the Academy for Commerce and Tourism in Trento, Italy, along with a European Hotel Diploma (EURHODIP) Master's in hotel management. With professional training also completed in revenue, senior leadership and strategic selling, Mara is uniquely qualified to consult with TSA's EMEA region hotel partners on revenue enhancing opportunities and strategies.
