RLHC Opens Second Redding Location
Redding Property Undergoes Renovations and Converts to Red Lion Inn & Suites
SPOKANE, Wash. -- RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) today announced the Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding in Northern California has completed its conversion to the brand after an extensive renovation. The property is owned by Tera Sahara, Inc., and its principal, Mike Bath, also owns three full-service RLHC properties, including the Red Lion Hotel Pendleton, Oregon; the Red Lion Hotel Kelso/Longview, Washington; and the Red Lion Hotel Yakima, Washington.
"We are pleased to be opening a second location in Redding and adding to our presence in the greater Northern California market," said RLHC Chief Franchise Officer Brian Quinn.
The Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding, 536 E Cypress Avenue, has 70 rooms and is located between Downtown Redding and the airport on Interstate 5. The hotel has an outdoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour business center and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Redding is known as an outdoor recreation hub in northeastern California with rich and diverse attractions, including Lake Shasta, Lassen National Volcanic Park and Shasta Cavern.
