SPOKANE, Wash. – RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) today announced the Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding in Northern California has completed its conversion to the brand after an extensive renovation. The property is owned by Tera Sahara, Inc., and its principal, Mike Bath, also owns three full-service RLHC properties, including the Red Lion Hotel Pendleton, Oregon; the Red Lion Hotel Kelso/Longview, Washington; and the Red Lion Hotel Yakima, Washington.

"Our newest Redding location demonstrates our continued partnership with RLHC," said Mike Bath. "We are thrilled the property has completed its renovation and we can now continue serving the residents and guests of Redding alike."

The Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding, 536 E Cypress Avenue, has 70 rooms and is located between Downtown Redding and the airport on Interstate 5. The hotel has an outdoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour business center and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Redding is known as an outdoor recreation hub in northeastern California with rich and diverse attractions, including Lake Shasta, Lassen National Volcanic Park and Shasta Cavern.
