Hotel Jen announces the first Hotel Jen in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The announcement was made at a signing ceremony held in Hong Kong today to finalise a management agreement between Concorde Arch (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Hotel Jen.
Concorde Arch (M) Sdn initially acquired the land for building the corporate office; however, the opportunity of venturing towards hospitality became apparent with the advent of millennial travellers seeking more curated lifestyle and leisure accommodation inspired by this growing target market.
The proximity of the location to numerous landmarks in Kuala Lumpur enhances the feasibility of this proposition. Judy Ng, director of Concorde Arch (M) Sdn. Bhd., said, "We are excited to be in partnership with Shangri-La International Hotel Management. This will add a new direction to our hospitality business for the group."
Hotel Jen Kuala Lumpur is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at the intersection of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan P Ramlee, just 800 metres from the city's landmark Petronas Twin Towers and 300 metres from the KL Tower.
