There’s nothing worse than a supervisor who’s 10 years behind you in terms of behavior. We all know leaders who would be lucky to be nominated for anything second string, but unfortunately they’re already part of the first. What I’m talking about are leaders who do nothing but put others down; narcissists—and not the positive ones (yes there are positive narcissists); leaders who lack the self-confidence to praise others; leaders who lack control at home and overcompensate with trying to control everything at work.
