Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is unveiling its third property in Doha with the Mövenpick Hotel Al Aziziyah Doha. The Swiss brand currently operates the Mövenpick Hotel Doha and the Mövenpick Hotel West Bay Doha, and the new location will expand the company's Qatari portfolio to more than 640 keys.

Located in the city's Aspire Zone sports complex, the elegant 139-guestroom hotel is taking over a Victorian-style building currently occupied by the Grand Heritage Hotel Doha. Serving as a host for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the hotel will also accommodate corporate guests with events at the nearby Qatar National Convention Center. The property is also a short walk from the popular Villaggio Mall.

Onsite dining options include the traditional Victoria Tea Lounge, the modern Turkish eatery Agora, and elegant continental restaurant Blue, which offers scenic park views. An upscale spa features six treatment rooms, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and five function rooms.

The 5-Star property, owned by Qatari firm E'EMAR Development & Real Estate Investment, will open its doors on May 1st.
