Vantage Hotels Adds Lexington Hotel and Canadas Best Value Inn in Sudbury, ON
CLEVELAND -- Vantage Hotels has entered Sudbury, Ontario for the first time with the additions of a 77-room Lexington® Hotel and 45-room Canadas Best Value Inn®.
The Lexington features a fitness room, free Wi-Fi, 11,000 square feet of event space with on-site catering and AV equipment, and Brady's Restaurant, home to the acclaimed Sunday brunch, Friday Night Italian Buffet and a bar/lounge. The hotel is pet friendly and 100 percent non-smoking.
"It was time for something different," said Shelley Peever, general manager of the Lexington Hotel. "We have a great building in a great location, but we wanted to take this hotel in a different direction and Lexington offered us the perfect opportunity to make the changes we know are important to our guests, and that will positively impact the community and our bottom line."
The Canadas Best Value Inn, formerly the Cardinal Motor Inn, is expected to be fully operating under the CBVI banner later this month. The property also is completing a renovation program that will enhance the exterior, upgrade guestrooms and result in a new lobby and breakfast area. The hotel features two restaurants, Taphouse and Fired Up Pizza, and has free Wi-Fi, room service and airport transportation.

Vantage Hotels has more than 30 properties throughout Canada, including 14 in Ontario. The Sudbury property is the second Lexington in the country, joining a Lexington Inn & Suites in Windsor, ON.
