MyCheck's capabilities for mobile wallets, POS and PMS integrations will help drive guests to engage more with hotel brands, be more committed to booking directly on hotel mobile apps and websites, complete the booking process faster, and spend more once they are on-property.

MyCheck will provide a number of capabilities that can be integrated by Monscierge into custom apps clients may leverage for their digital platforms:

  • Mobile wallet for the storage and management of a wide range of payment methods including ApplePay, PayPal, MasterPass, Visa Checkout, American Express Checkout; as well as traditional credit cards, debit cards, and pre-paid cards.
  • PMS integration for advanced booking and check-in/check- out;
  • POS integration for viewing, splitting and paying restaurant or bar tabs inside the hotel, in addition to placing room service orders and paying for amenities and activities.

Other capabilities of the MyCheck platform include loyalty and gift card programs, as well as enabling CRM and data-driven marketing programs, including integration with beacon technologies that can drive specific incentives based on the location of the guest inside the hotel property.
