After Umapped presented at the 2015 Sabre Appys competition, the two companies joined forces to address the problem of fragmented communication and static booking confirmations between travel suppliers and their customers. Using Umapped allows agents to aggregate trip details and content from multiple sources, providing their clients with one centralized place to find all of their plans, ensuring they have the latest updates. All bookings and changes made in Sabre are automatically updated in Umapped, delivering real-time alerts and notifications to travelers.
