The Even Hotel Brooklyn, the latest IHG property designed by Gene Kaufman Architect, opened this month at 46 Nevins Street in downtown Brooklyn. The 13-story, 202-room hotel was developed by CBCS Equities and Barone Management. The 83,000-square foot hotel's steel structure is supported by large glass storefronts and an interior courtyard that uses the natural historic brick of the adjoining building to create an open centerpiece leading directly into the hotel's dining area.
