Guestline are delighted to be shortlisted for the Industry Breakthrough and Innovation Award in the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards 2016.

The awards highlight the greatest achievements and innovations across the vibrant and dynamic serviced apartment sector.

The Industry Breakthrough and Innovation Award recognises a product or service innovation that has had a significant impact on the serviced apartment or hospitality industry, judged by a panel of industry experts.

Guestline were nominated after developing a property management system specifically for the apartment industry that delivers a streamlined booking process, advanced invoicing and real-time online availability of inventory through a bespoke online booking module and live availability feed to online portals and GDS. Guestline's growing customer base in this sector includes SACO, Cheval Residences, Dashwood Apartments , The Spires Serviced Suites and Fountain Court to name but a few.

The solution was developed through extensive research to ensure Guestline created the most relevant, cost effective and revenue generating system. The development team spent many months in the offices of serviced apartments, working alongside them in their daily roles. This gave them the ability to identify first-hand the limitations and frustrations vendors were encountering with the software solutions available to them. It also provided workflow data and customer experience information that Guestline knew they could enhance.
