London UK/Spokane WA – Magnuson Hotels, America's fastest growing hotel brand, today announced an 18% reservation revenue increase this year to date, over 2015.

The company also reports a 19.11% increase in ADR (average daily rate) for reservations generated in 2016 vs. 2015.

While much of the world growth is holding below 3%, factors driving the performance increase are: a significant increase in corporate bookings over the Magnuson system and expanded consumer brand recognition for Magnuson's 100 branded hotels.

Magnuson Hotels affiliates in 2016 once again grew year-over-year RevPAR by more than the average growth rate of 3%. RevPAR at urban hotels rose by a spectacular 127%. Small Metro hotels increased RevPAR by 23%. Carson City, NV (+123%) and Kimball Terrace, ME (+62%) led the way. Suburban hotels grew RevPAR by 22%. Modesto, CA (+230%) was particularly strong.
