This project is slated to be finished by the first quarter of 2019, with a total estimated cost of $36 million. Currently in the planning phase, once completed this will be a gorgeous steeped property that appears to be cascading down a jungle-laden hill. It will also feature a bar, fitness center, pool, restaurant and spa.

Grande Centre Point Hotel North Pattaya
The last Thai project that hotel owners and operators simply must know about to understand what's currently happening in the country, is the Grande Centre Point Hotel North Pattaya.

This project is slated to be finished in the second quarter of 2018, involving a total of 400 rooms. The estimated cost is $34 million. With a tropical waterfront location, the Grande Centre Point Hotel North Pattaya excels at providing a holiday and leisure destination for guests. Currently, the project is in the under construction phase.
