Solmar Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of the new management teams who will oversee day-to-day operations at the group's luxury properties, Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa and Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas which is debuting this December.

Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas, built within the exclusive Rancho San Lucas 834-acre development, will be managed by Rodrigo Gutierrez, a 13-year hospitality veteran who previously held the role of General Manager at Grand Solmar's Land's End. Isaac Ortega, who previously served as Food & Beverage Manager at Grand Solmar Land's End, was also a natural fit for the Rancho San Lucas team and will lead the Food & Beverage department. Lastly, Guerrero native, Chef Hector Lucas, who has solidified Grand Solmar's La Roca restaurant as one of the top culinary experiences in Cabo San Lucas over the past seven years, has been named Executive Chef for the Rancho San Lucas location.

The collection's Land's End property, located in one of Cabo's most desirable spots, will be managed by company veteran Humberto Ortega, who previously held the title of Rooms Division Manager. Jeisler Daldier, who has over a decade of hospitality experience and has worked with major resort groups in Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, and Mexico City, will hold the title of Food & Beverage Director. Chilean Chef Alberto Collarte was appointed as Executive Chef. Collarte, who began exploring Mexican cuisine in 2003, will be bringing a new array of flavors to Grand Solmar Land's End derived from a seven-year journey throughout Central America, The Caribbean, South America and Europe.
