Runtriz Improves Hotel Guest Experience with Amazon Echo Dot and Alexa
Oceanside, CA -- Runtriz has teamed up with Amazon to launch its newest addition to the Runtriz platform designed to improve the hotel guest experience. Alexa in hotel rooms allows guests to ask for information about the hotel, make requests, set alarms or listen to music. The first property to activate this service is the Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms in Oceanside, CA which now offers guests in every room the ability to interact with Alexa.
Housekeepers and other hotel staff may use Alexa to quickly communicate room issues or maintenance that needs to happen in a room back to staff.
