ATLANTA – Officials of Castell Project, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the careers of women professionals in the hospitality industry, today announced that the organization is accepting nominations for its 2018 Castell Leadership Program to take place in Atlanta. The two-pronged program delivers essential advancement tools tailored for women and implements a custom career development program to move attendees up the leadership ranks.

Interested participants are asked to complete and submit both a Champion's Nomination Form and an Application/Registration Sheet. Following a review of materials, individuals will be contacted and interviewed prior to a final decision.

"Following on the success of our inaugural year, we have had the opportunity to review and improve our 2018 program," said Peggy Berg, Castell president. "We have laid the foundations of a very powerful professional women's network that provides both educational and supportive outlets for participants. We look forward to growing by inclusion as we work towards our ultimate goal of true gender equality within the hospitality industry."

The Second Annual Castell Leadership Program workshop is Feb. 7th through the 9th. The one-year sequence includes an individual career plan, Checkpoint 360 assessment, workshops, executive coaching, Five-WILL (Women in Lodging Leadership Network) cohort sessions and membership in WILL.
