Kinseth Announces 2017 Leadership Conference Award Winners!
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company, announced their Leadership Awards at it's annual company wide Awards Ceremony.
KHC recognized six outstanding managers for their service scores, leadership, and revenue during the 2017 year. Full Serive GM of the Year Lori Faught of the Best Western Holiday Lodge – Clear Lake, Iowa, Select Service GM of the Year Arne Yates of the Hampton Inn & Suites Minooka, IL, and Extended Stay GM of the Year Cynthia Elliott of the Residence Inn Lincoln, NE. All of these General Managers have maintained high standards of operation at each of their hotels, and provided the ownership of their properties with outstanding profit margins during the 2017 year. Select Service Director of Sales of the Year was presented to Jessica Sivia of the Candlewood Suites & Hampton Inn & Suites properties in Kenosha, WI; and Full Service Director of Sales Valerie Siggers of the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West for exceeding sales goals and revenue generation for her property. Food & Beverage Manager of the Year was presented to Mike DeVries, of the Ankeny Diner located at the Ramada Hotel in Ankeny, IA.
