Arriving from Europe, regular guests are highly expecting the hotel, where they stop, to grant personal and unique offers instead of bonus points and other popular loyalty programs. Predominantly, they are interested in the impressions related to the culture and gastronomy of the country they visit, whereas the guests from Spain prefer nightlife entertainment.

According to surveys, while seeking for accommodation services, 77.9% of travellers are increasingly interested in whether the hotel's loyalty program provides personal privileges. These 77.9% of "demanding" Europeans also include a large share of guests from countries such as Britain and Italy.

For instance, at least 86% of the British expect a personal offer from the hotel when booking a room. While guests from Germany and France are interested in this much less - the share of guests from Germany, expecting "get bonus" motivation from the hotel, is 74.5%.

Area of interest - culture and gastronomy

In general, visiting a new country, regular guests from Europe actively study the culture and gastronomic traditions. Surveys indicate that 56% of tourists pay attention to culture, and at least 55% - cuisine. Tourists from Great Britain (56.7%) and Italy (56.4%) are more likely to go for cultural activities (visiting theatres, museums, exploring local life). As for the Germans, the studies revealed their eagerness to casino games.

On the other hand, the Spaniards and the French peg themselves as gourmets as for the most part (60%) they spend their free time in restaurants, tasting the local cuisine. The least popular activity among regular guests is sports - only 31.3% of them relieve stress and relax with the help of sports activity.

An active lifestyle is preferred by the French (32.8%) and, to a lesser extent, by the Spaniards, who prefer the nightlife (28.7%).
