Kinseth Breaks Ground on Towneplace Suites in Janesville, WI!
Kinseth Hospitality Companies is pleased to announce the official ground breaking of the Toweplace Suites Janesville, Wisconsin took place on May 15, 2018. The groundbreaking ceremony took place at the construction site of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott located at 2706 Pontiac Place. Speakers John Beckord, President of "Forward Janesville"; Mark Freitag, Janesville City Manager; Christine Rebout, Executive Director of Janesville Convention & Visitors Bureau; and Jeff Schrader, Director of New Business Development Kinseth Hospitality Companies shared their excitement about the new hotel.
"At Kinseth Hospitality we believe the TownePlace Suites by Marriott will fill a nitch in the hotel marketplace in Janesville, as there are no extended-stay hotels in the city. We have been told by many Janesville residents that many travelers are requesting extended stay rooms, but are leaving Janesville to find that type of accommodation elsewhere," said Jeff Schrader, Director of New Business Development at Kinseth Hospitality Companies. "The opening of the 87-unit, TownePlace Suites in the Spring of 2019 will fill that nitch, as well as bring the first Marriott branded hotel to the Janesville hotel market."
Located just south of Business Highway 14, the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott will provide its guests easy and quick access to I-39/90, surrounding restaurants, shopping centers, and Janesville's best known abundance of beautiful parks and recreational areas including numerous ball fields, two public golf courses, tennis courts, more than 2,300 acres of parkland, and more than 25 miles of paved bike trails.
Guests in attendance were able to learn more about the project, see floorplans and room renderings, take home information about the hotel as well as enjoy some snacks.

When completed, this all-suite extended stay hotel will provide guests with a fully stocked kitchen and separate areas to work and sleep giving guests the space they need to spread out and settle in. Guests will also receive complimentary hot breakfast, free wifi, and access to our business center, fitness center, and indoor pool! Guests will easily be able to make reservations through Marriott's Global reservation system and earn Marriott Rewards points for every stay.
