A futuristic hotel proposal may soon become a reality - but the question remains where in the world it will be located when it does.

WSP Design Studio and architecture firm Innovation Imperative have unveiled plans for a sustainable modular hotel - one with incredible geometric pods that appear to stand on a small point. According to the companies, a location has not been selected, but the hotel will be located in a "geographically stunning location" and will aim to be carbon neutral with a focus on sustainable agriculture and forest management. There are a number of locations in the running - like Cabo Verde, Norway, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Hungary and the UK - and the first location is set to be revealed this summer.
