Frasers Hospitality, which is an active member of Frasers Property Group, has recently announced the grand opening of its Fraser Suites Dalian. This announcement and subsequent opening comes relatively soon after the company opened four properties in Changsha, Tianjin and Shenzhen last year. Experts say that the global hospitality operator is seeing strong recent uptake indicators for its portfolio of brands, and that it actually expects to grow its inventory by roughly 85 percent over the next few years to come, thereby expanding to 30 properties across China.
Fraser Hospitality's Latest Opening
Frasers Hospitality's latest opening in Dalian, which is nestled in the financial center and the industrial boomtown of Northeast China, will be strategically located in a way that allows it to harness the port city's economic opportunities as well as to begin take advantage of its growing tourism industry. In addition, there are a diverse number of key industries to be found in Dailan, including petroleum refining, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, digitalized technology, and biological engineering. Dalian also is reported to have welcomed a grand total of more than one million overseas tourists during the calendar year of 2017, and experts have also said that this figure will likely continue to grow steadily, clocking in at an average of 3.8 percent.
