Frasers Hospitality, which is an active member of Frasers Property Group, has recently announced the grand opening of its Fraser Suites Dalian. This announcement and subsequent opening comes relatively soon after the company opened four properties in Changsha, Tianjin and Shenzhen last year. Experts say that the global hospitality operator is seeing strong recent uptake indicators for its portfolio of brands, and that it actually expects to grow its inventory by roughly 85 percent over the next few years to come, thereby expanding to 30 properties across China.

Fraser Hospitality's Latest Opening

Frasers Hospitality's latest opening in Dalian, which is nestled in the financial center and the industrial boomtown of Northeast China, will be strategically located in a way that allows it to harness the port city's economic opportunities as well as to begin take advantage of its growing tourism industry. In addition, there are a diverse number of key industries to be found in Dailan, including petroleum refining, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, digitalized technology, and biological engineering. The new 259-unit Fraser Suites Dalian will rise above the new Donggang business district that is located there, giving that property somewhat of a prime position that will allow it to cater to the burgeoning hospitality needs, both those of the business and leisure travelers in the market. Despite only beginning its operations for slightly more than a month, this property has already seen a positive take-up rate among its guests, including those on long leases of one to two years. It was also the official hotel for the 31st Dalian International Marathon this month.

Offering picturesque harbor views as well as direct access to the city's new subway line and other crucial public infrastructure, the fully furnished serviced apartments that are now available range in size from studios to three-bedroom designations. An executive floor that comes complete with dedicated services for business travelers, a library lounge and meeting rooms make for communal spaces that are conducive to getting some work done, while leisure options are also plentiful thanks to facilities such as an indoor heated pool, 24-hour gym, billiards room, children's play area, restaurant and more.
