By helping companies to identify these causes and solutions their customer experience can be enhanced their brand and improve their performance. With experience in all facets of hotel management and contract management services, Robert has worked for both Hilton and Marriott branded hotels as a General Manager. He began his career in housekeeping with Wyndham International after receiving his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University's hotel program in the Broad College of Business.
