PREMIER SUITES joins HotelREZ in the UK
PREMIER SUITES, an international brand of serviced apartments managed by the PREM Group, has joined the HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts UK portfolio. The 10 UK based properties will be represented on the GDS under the HO chain code.
PREMIER SUITES and PREMIER SUITES PLUS offer high quality serviced apartments across major European cities. Both brands are managed by the PREM Group, an international hotel management company established in Dublin since 1996 and operating over 50 properties across 5 countries. In the UK PREMIER SUITES offer city-centre accommodation in 10 locations across Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Bristol, Birmingham and Reading.
The new additions from PREM Group follow a number of serviced apartments joining the HotelREZ portfolio in the past few months, in line with the growing industry trend towards finding credible alternatives to sharing-economy services like Airbnb.
Offering a reliable alternative to traditional hotel accommodation, PREMIER SUITES cater to both corporate and leisure guests looking for the ultimate home comforts while on holiday. Suites range from spacious studios to one or two-bedroom apartments and come with high-speed Wi-Fi, fully fitted kitchen areas, living room and en-suite bathrooms. PREMIER SUITES PLUS offer additional amenities such as enterprise grade Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machines and Elemis toiletries. Guest services include grocery and restaurant delivery, 24-hour dry cleaning, weekly supply of fresh linen and towels, and an express check-out service.
The UK properties joining the HotelREZ portfolio are suitable for guests wishing to maintain the independence they enjoy at home and are particularly suited to corporate guests and families.
